What have the workouts been like?



No two days are ever the same when it comes to your boot camp workout! That is what makes Boot Camp fun and keeps your body guessing in order for you to be able to see results just that much quicker. No plateaus allowed!


Week One was comprised of mostly total body workouts, intervals of cardio, with Friday being our pre fitness assessment day. In 4 weeks, we will do these same assessments again to evaluate progress.


Week Two had the workouts becoming more body part specific. The levels of soreness definitely rose this week! However, we remind campers that a certain degree of soreness is good, and means that your body is becoming stronger, more fit and more toned. Everyone is doing such a great job of encouraging and pushing one another. It is a special thing to be a part of a group with common goals, and to gain inspiration from one another!

October Boot Camp Progress!

Two weeks into camp and we are already seeing some amazing results from all of the women boot campers. Cardiovascular and muscular endurance levels of fitness have made drastic jumps of improvement, and 4-6 pounds of weight loss already off of some of these ladies! There is no doubt that we have a driven and dedicated group willing to work hard for these results. Some of these ladies have not worked out for over 25 years, and now they are able to perform workouts they would have never thought possible, in only 2 weeks!! Just imagine what the results will be like 4, 6, 10 and 12 weeks down the road....impressive to say the least. We are always a work in progress, let's keep the journey fun and take time to evaluate the positive changes along the way :)
